Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 8 servings
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons DI LUSSO™ Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 cups bite-size pieces salad greens
  • 1 cup HORMEL® Pepperoni Sliced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup cheese and garlic croutons

Directions

  1. To make dressing, in small bowl, mix oil, lemon juice, mustard and pepper.
  2. In large bowl, toss together salad greens, pepperoni, onion, croutons and dressing until evenly coated.
