  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 (7-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (3-ounce) jar HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits
  • 3 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese


  1. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic. Stir-fry 2 minutes. Add zucchini; stir-fry 5 minutes longer.
  2. Add corn, tomatoes, basil and pepper to skillet. Stir-fry 1 minute or until heated thoroughly. Stir in bacon bits and cheese. Serve immediately.
