Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 12 servings
  • 12 (6-inch) wooden skewers, soaked in water 10 minutes
  • 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, cut into 36 cubes
  • 1 (30-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/3 cup barbecue sauce

Notes

  1. Kabobs can also be browned in a skillet instead of over hot coals.

Directions

  1. Prepare grill for high heat or heat broiler.
  2. Alternately thread SPAM® Classic and pineapple onto skewers. Grill or broil, turning frequently, 5 minutes or until lightly browned and heated thoroughly.
  3. Brush kabobs with barbecue sauce just before serving.
