Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 8 servings
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1 (15-ounce) can Hormel® Chili No Beans
  • 1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 1 (12-ounce) package cottage cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 (10-ounce) package FRITOS® corn chips

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9-inch baking dish.
  2. In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is not longer pink; drain. Stir in chili and olives.
  3. In separate bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream and 1/2 cup shredded cheese; mix well.
  4. In baking dish, layer 1/3 of corn chips. Top with 1/2 each of beef mixture and cottage cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining 1/3 of corn chips. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until hot.
