Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons House of Tsang® Mongolian Fire® Oil
  • 2 tablespoons House of Tsang® Wok Oil
  • 1/2 cup diced red or green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Directions

  1. In bowl, beat together eggs and fire oil.
  2. In nonstick pan, heat wok oil over medium-high heat. Pour in eggs; cook 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until eggs begin to set.
  3. Sprinkle bell pepper and onion over half of omelet. Fold omelet over; cook 1 1/2 minutes.
