Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1 (15-ounce) can HORMEL® Chili With Beans
  • 4 kaiser rolls or buns
  • 1 (8-ounce) package HORMEL® Pepperoni
  • 3 slices American cheese
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • Carrot sticks

Directions

  1. Heat chili according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, split and toast rolls.
  3. Cut pepperoni into small triangles and cheese into medium triangles. Cut carrot sticks for legs. Slice cucumber for eyes.
  4. Fill each roll with 1/2 cup warm chili. Transform rolls into "Mr. Crab" by adding carrot-stick legs, pepperoni lower teeth and cheese upper teeth. Finish with eyes of cucumber slices and tomato halves attached with wooden picks.
