Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups HORMEL® CURE 81® Sliced Ham, cut into strips
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 cup packed finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
  2. In large bowl, combine ham, macaroni, celery and onions.
  3. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, parsley, cheese, vinegar and garlic; toss with macaroni mixture. Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.
