Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 12 servings
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (13.75-ounce) can chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup HORMEL® Pepperoni, diced
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup sliced green onions, divided
  • Assorted crackers or sliced French bread

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. In medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and mayonnaise. Stir in artichokes, pepperoni, 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese, Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup onions. Spread into 11x7-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese.
  3. Bake dip 30 minutes or until hot and golden brown. Top with remaining 1/4 cup onions. Serve with assorted crackers or sliced French bread.
