Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 cups bite-size pieces romaine lettuce
  • 1 (3.5-ounce) package HORMEL® Pepperoni, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges

Directions

  1. To make dressing, in food processor bowl or blender container, combine oil, vinegar, garlic, mustard and Worcestershire sauce; process until smooth.
  2. In large bowl, combine lettuce, pepperoni, cheese and pepper. Add dressing; toss to coat. Sprinkle with croutons. Garnish with tomato.
