Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
  • 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, cut into 6 slices
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 6 hamburger buns, split
  • 6 leaves lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 12 slices Hormel® Black Label® Bacon, cooked and drained

Directions

  1. In large skillet, cook SPAM® Classic over medium heat, turning once, 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on cut sides of buns. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, SPAM®, cheese and bacon on bottom halves of buns. Cover with top halves of buns.
