Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups buttermilk baking mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup HORMEL® Pepperoni, chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 24 miniature muffin cups.
  2. In bowl, combine all ingredients except pepperoni; stir just until moistened. Stir in pepperoni. Spoon batter evenly into muffin cups.
  3. Bake muffins 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
