This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated fettuccine
1 cup whipping cream
1 large egg
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 (6-ounce) package Hormel® Pepperoni, diced
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions
Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, in saucepan, combine cream, egg and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 6 minutes or until cream sauce begins to coat metal spoon.
Immediately pour sauce over hot fettuccine. Add pepperoni, cheese and parsley; toss to mix well. Season with pepper.
