Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated fettuccine
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 (6-ounce) package Hormel® Pepperoni, diced
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, in saucepan, combine cream, egg and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 6 minutes or until cream sauce begins to coat metal spoon.
  3. Immediately pour sauce over hot fettuccine. Add pepperoni, cheese and parsley; toss to mix well. Season with pepper.
