Ingredients

  • 1 (10-ounce) can PILLSBURY® refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 6 tablespoons RAGU® PIZZA QUICK® traditional pizza sauce
  • 36 slices Hormel® Pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup SARGENTO® shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Grease baking sheet.
  2. Unroll dough onto baking sheet; press dough into 14x12-inch rectangle. Cut into 6 equal rectangles.
  3. Spread each rectangle with 1 tablespoon pizza sauce to within 1/2 inch of edges. Place 6 slices pepperoni on longest side of each rectangle. Top evenly with onion, bell pepper and 3/4 cup cheese. Starting with long side, fold dough over pepperoni mixture. Seal edges with fork.
  4. Cut 3 (2-inch) slits in top of each rectangle. Bake 9 to 13 minutes or until light golden brown. Sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Serve with additional pizza sauce, if desired.
