Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons DI LUSSO™ Dijon Mustard
  • 4 HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Boneless Center Cut Chop- Thin
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 HERB-OX® Beef Bouillon Cubes

Directions

  1. In large skillet, sauté mushrooms in oil over medium heat until golden. Remove from skillet.
  2. Spread mustard on each side of pork chops.
  3. In same skillet, cook pork chops over medium-high heat 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Add wine, water and bouillon. Cover; cook 15 minutes longer or until tender. Remove pork chops to serving platter.
  4. To make sauce, bring liquid in skillet to a boil; boil 5 minutes. Stir in mushrooms. Spoon sauce over pork chops.
