  • 1 (12-ounce) package frozen spinach soufflé
  • 1 package HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Original Center Cut Pork Loin Filet
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil


  1. Heat oven to 425ºF.
  2. Microwave spinach soufflé 4 minutes or until thawed but still cool; stir.
  3. Butterfly pork loin by cutting lengthwise (almost but not through) to other side; spread pork flat. Cover with plastic wrap; pound with meat mallet to flatten.
  4. Spread cooled spinach soufflé over pork loin. Roll lengthwise; secure with wooden picks pushed straight in and spaced about 1 inch apart.
  5. In ovenproof skillet, heat butter and oil over medium-high heat until foamy. Add rolled pork loin. Cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned.
  6. Transfer skillet to oven; roast 15 minutes or until internal temperature of pork reaches 155ºF.
