  • 1 package Hormel® Always Tender® Original Center Cut Pork Loin Filet
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light olive oil
  • 1 (4-ounce) package blue cheese crumbles

Directions

  1. Slice pork loin into 1-inch-thick medallions.
  2. In shallow dish, dip each pork medallion into Worcestershire sauce to lightly coat both sides.
  3. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork medallions; cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned. Reduce heat to medium. Cover; cook 10 minutes longer or until internal temperature of pork reaches 155ºF.
  4. Remove skillet from heat; top pork medallions evenly with cheese. Cover; cook 2 minutes or until pan liquid is thickened and cheese starts to melt. Serve immediately.
