Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (8-ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 (17-ounce) package Hormel® Beef Tips & Gravy Entree
  • 1 (8-ounce) package light or regular sour cream
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions, tops included

Directions

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package directions; drain. Keep warm.
  2. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms. Cook, stirring frequently, 3 minutes or until tender. Add beef tips with gravy. Cover; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 to 7 minutes longer or until hot. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir sour cream and onions into skillet. Serve stroganoff sauce over noodles.
