Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 8 ounces baby-cut carrots
  • 1 pound baby red potatoes, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
  • 1 (17-ounce) package Hormel® Pork Roast Au Jus
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In microwave-safe casserole, combine carrots, potatoes, water and rosemary. Cover; microwave on HIGH (100%) 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  2. Add pork and all juices to vegetables. Cover; microwave 5 minutes. Transfer pork and vegetables to serving platter. Cover; keep warm.
  3. Pour pan juices into glass measure. Add water to make 3/4 cup, if necessary. Stir in cornstarch mixture. Microwave, stirring frequently, 1 to 2 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut pork into serving pieces. Serve with vegetables and gravy.
