1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon House of Tsang® Wok Oil
1 tablespoon House of Tsang® Hot Chili Sesame Oil
1/2 pound ground beef
1 large egg, beaten
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons House of Tsang® Ginger Flavored Soy Sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
2 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Directions
Prepare grill for direct medium heat.
In skillet, sauté mushrooms in wok oil and sesame oil over medium-high heat 5 to 10 minutes or until tender.
In large bowl, combine beef, egg, onions, soy sauce, cornstarch and cilantro; mix well. Divide mixture in half; shape into 2 patties.
Brush grill rack with oil. Place patties on grill. Grill 4 minutes or until browned on bottom. Turn patties over. Cook 4 minutes longer or to desired doneness.
Place patties on bottom halves of buns; top with mushroom mixture. Cover with top halves of buns.
