Ingredients

  • 12 slices Black Label® Maple Flavor Bacon
  • 4 (6-inch) red onion focaccia buns
  • 1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon DI LUSSO® Chipotle Mustard
  • 8 leaves iceberg lettuce, cut into 4-inch squares
  • 16 slices tomatoes
  • 1 pound DI LUSSO® Smoked Turkey
  • 8 slices DI LUSSO® Provolone Cheese
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Cook bacon until crisp; drain. Cut each slice in half.
  2. Slice buns twice horizontally to make 3 round slices per bun. Drizzle each slice with oil; toast until golden brown.
  3. In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and mustard. Spread 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture on cut sides of buns.
  4. Place 1 square lettuce, 2 slices tomato and 3 half-slices bacon on bottom half of each bun. Divide 1/2 of turkey among bottom buns. Top each with 1 slice cheese. Spread center slice of each bun with 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture on both sides. Top turkey with center slice of bun.
  5. Top center slice of each bun with remaining 1 square lettuce, 2 slices tomato, 3 half-slices bacon, turkey and 1 slice cheese. Cover with top slices of buns. Place sandwich picks through each side of top bun. Cut sandwiches in half.
