Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 24 servings
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 (5-ounce) cans HORMEL® Chunk Turkey, drained and flaked
  • 1 (4.25-ounce) can CHI-CHI'S® Diced Green Chilies, drained
  • 1/3 cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 6 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tomato, chopped, seeded and drained and if desired
  • Sour cream, if desired

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Coat 11x7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In baking dish, layer cheeses, turkey, chilies and cilantro. Pour eggs over mixture.
  3. Bake egg dish 20 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Cool to room temperature.
  4. Cut cooled egg dish into 1 1/2-inch squares. Garnish with sour cream and tomato.
