Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1 (5.6-ounce) package bake-and-fill crispy tortilla salad shells
  • 1 (17-ounce) package HORMEL® Chunk Chicken
  • 1 (10-ounce) package American lettuce mixture (iceberg, romaine, cabbage and carrot)
  • 1 (8-ounce) package finely shredded taco cheese blend

Notes

  1. Other salad ingredients could include sliced ripe olives, pickled jalapeño peppers and hot taco sauce.

Directions

  1. Bake tortilla salad shells according to package directions.
  2. Microwave chicken according to package directions. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
  3. Divide lettuce mixture evenly among salad shells. Top with cheese. Divide chicken evenly among salads.
