  • 3 (5-ounce) cans HORMEL® Chunk Breast of Chicken, drained
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can Not-So-Sloppy-Joe® Sauce
  • 1 (4.25-ounce) can CHI-CHI'S® Diced Green Chilies, drained
  • 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese with peppers
  • 12 CHI-CHI'S® (10-inch) burrito-size flour tortillas
  • CHI-CHI's® salsa
  • Sour cream


  1. Heat oven to 450°F.
  2. In large bowl, stir together chicken, Sloppy Joe sauce, chilies, tomato and cheese. Divide mixture evenly among 6 tortillas. Top with remaining tortillas.
  3. Place tortilla stacks on baking sheet. Bake 6 minutes or until golden brown. Cut quesadillas into wedges. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
