1 (20-ounce) package refrigerated southwest-style hashbrown potatoes
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 cups Hormel® Cure 81® Sliced Ham, diced
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
Directions
Heat oven to 425°F. Grease 9-inch pie pan.
Press potatoes into pie pan, trimming to form solid crust. Brush crust with butter. Bake 25 minutes. Remove from oven.
Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.
Layer cheeses and ham in crust. In bowl, beat milk, eggs and seasoned salt; pour over ham.
Bake egg mixture 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
