Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups frozen or fresh whole kernel corn
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 Herb-Ox® Chicken Bouillon Cubes
  • 1 (7.5-ounce) can crabmeat, drained
  • 1 cup shredded fresh basil
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

Directions

  1. In large pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add corn and onion; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until corn and onion are soft. Add remaining ingredients; simmer 20 minutes longer or until flavors are blended.
