1 (10-ounce) package frozen puff pastry shells
1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup teriyaki marinade and sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1 can Hormel® Chunk Turkey, drained and flaked
Fresh spinach
Directions
Bake puff pastry shells according to package directions.
Cut asparagus into 1/2-inch diagonal pieces.
In large skillet, heat sesame oil and vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add asparagus; stir-fry 3 minutes or until crisply-tender.
In small bowl, combine teriyaki marinade and sugar; add to asparagus. Mix well. Add turkey; stir-fry until heated thoroughly.
Place pastry shells on bed of spinach. Top each shell with about 1/2 cup turkey mixture.
