Ingredients

  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen puff pastry shells
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki marinade and sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 can Hormel® Chunk Turkey, drained and flaked
  • Fresh spinach

Directions

  1. Bake puff pastry shells according to package directions.
  2. Cut asparagus into 1/2-inch diagonal pieces.
  3. In large skillet, heat sesame oil and vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add asparagus; stir-fry 3 minutes or until crisply-tender.
  4. In small bowl, combine teriyaki marinade and sugar; add to asparagus. Mix well. Add turkey; stir-fry until heated thoroughly.
  5. Place pastry shells on bed of spinach. Top each shell with about 1/2 cup turkey mixture.
