  • 1 (17-ounce) package Hormel® Pork Roast Au Jus Entree
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 (14.5-ounce) cans chicken broth
  • 1 (4.25-ounce) can CHI-CHI'S® Diced Green Chilies

Directions

  1. In 3-quart saucepan, place pork roast au jus, separating pork pieces into bite-size pieces. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  2. Bring chili to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; boil gently 10 minutes or until onions are barely tender. Ladle steaming chili into soup bowls.
