This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
1/2 package Hormel® Always Tender® Teriyaki Flavored Pork Tenderloin
1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
1/4 cup peanut oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
8 ounces spaghetti
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Directions
Cook pork tenderloin according to package directions; cut into 1/2-inch-thick medallions.
In bowl, combine peanut butter, oil, lime juice, honey, red pepper flakes and cayenne; mix well.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Return to pan. Immediately mix with peanut sauce.
Divide spaghetti mixture evenly among 4 serving plates. Top each plate with fanned pork loin slices. Sprinkle with onions.
