Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1/2 package HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Teriyaki Flavored Pork Tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Directions

  1. Cook pork tenderloin according to package directions; cut into 1/2-inch-thick medallions.
  2. In bowl, combine peanut butter, oil, lime juice, honey, red pepper flakes and cayenne; mix well.
  3. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Return to pan. Immediately mix with peanut sauce.
  4. Divide spaghetti mixture evenly among 4 serving plates. Top each plate with fanned pork loin slices. Sprinkle with onions.
