Ingredients

  • 3 ripe tomatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1/2 cup very thinly sliced red onion
  • 4 French rolls, split and toasted
  • 1/2 pound Hormel® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast Deli Sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves

Notes

  1. Tuscan Marinade: In bowl, stir together 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 minced clove garlic, 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes.

Directions

  1. In 13x9-inch baking dish, combine tomatoes and onion; mix well. Pour Tuscan Marinade over tomatoes. Let stand 15 minutes.
  2. On bottom halves of rolls, evenly layer basil and turkey. Divide marinated tomato and onion slices evenly among rolls. Cover with top halves of rolls.
