1 (6-inch) pita bread
2 tablespoons garden vegetable cream cheese
1/4 cup HORMEL® Pepperoni, chopped
1/2 cup assorted chopped vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, bell pepper, green onions and olives
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 400°F.
Place pita bread on baking sheet. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until slightly crisp. Remove from oven.
Spread cream cheese over pita bread. Top with pepperoni, vegetables, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cut into wedges.
