Ingredients

  • 1 (6-inch) pita bread
  • 2 tablespoons garden vegetable cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup HORMEL® Pepperoni, chopped
  • 1/2 cup assorted chopped vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, bell pepper, green onions and olives
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place pita bread on baking sheet. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until slightly crisp. Remove from oven.
  3. Spread cream cheese over pita bread. Top with pepperoni, vegetables, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cut into wedges.
