Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 2 servings
  • 1 (5-ounce) can Hormel® Chunk Breast of Chicken, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 3 tablespoons diced celery
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 leaves bibb lettuce
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons Hormel® Real Bacon Bits
  • 2 tablespoons shredded carrot

Directions

  1. In small saucepan, combine chicken, mayonnaise, celery, onion, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until heated thoroughly.
  2. Place 1 leaf lettuce on each slice toast. Spread chicken mixture evenly over lettuce. Top with bacon bits and carrot.
