This recipe is recommended for 2 servings
1 (5-ounce) can Hormel® Chunk Breast of Chicken, drained and flaked
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
3 tablespoons diced celery
2 tablespoons minced onion
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 leaves bibb lettuce
2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
2 tablespoons Hormel® Real Bacon Bits
2 tablespoons shredded carrot
Directions
In small saucepan, combine chicken, mayonnaise, celery, onion, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until heated thoroughly.
Place 1 leaf lettuce on each slice toast. Spread chicken mixture evenly over lettuce. Top with bacon bits and carrot.
