Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1 (17-ounce) package Hormel® Beef Roast Entree
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 hoagie-style sandwich rolls, split
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced and separated into rings
  • 2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Remove roast from package, reserving juices. Thinly slice roast.
  3. Divide 1/2 of cheese evenly among bottom halves of rolls. Layer beef over cheese. Arrange bell pepper and onion over beef; drizzle with dressing. Top with remaining 1/2 of cheese. Cover with tops of rolls. Wrap sandwiches in aluminum foil.
  4. Bake sandwiches 10 to 12 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Slice each in half to serve.
