Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup wild rice
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 (4-ounce) cans mushrooms, drained
  • 6 slices HORMEL® Fully Cooked Bacon, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon HERB-OX® Chicken Instant Powder, dissolved in 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to 3- to 4-quart slow cooker; cover.
  2. Cook on LOW setting 6 to 7 hours or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
