Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1 (6-ounce) package long-grain and wild rice mix
  • 2 cups Hormel® Cure 81® Sliced Ham, cut into cubes
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (5-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 package frozen peas
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375ºF. Butter 3-quart casserole.
  2. Cook rice according to package directions. Stir remaining ingredients into cooked rice.
  3. Transfer rice mixture to casserole. Bake 15 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
  4. Remove from oven. Cover with aluminum foil or plastic wrap; let stand until sauce is completely absorbed.
