This recipe is recommended for 12 servings
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato relish
12 CHI-CHI'S® (10-inch) burrito-size flour tortillas
7 ounces Hormel® Black Label® Fully Cooked Bacon
12 leaves lettuce
6 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
In bowl, combine mayonnaise and relish; mix well.
Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly to within 1/2 inch of edge of tortillas. Top with bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Roll up to serve.
