Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 12 servings
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomato relish
  • 12 CHI-CHI'S® (10-inch) burrito-size flour tortillas
  • 7 ounces Hormel® Black Label® Fully Cooked Bacon
  • 12 leaves lettuce
  • 6 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. In bowl, combine mayonnaise and relish; mix well.
  2. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly to within 1/2 inch of edge of tortillas. Top with bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Roll up to serve.
