Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 4 (5-ounce) ground beef patties
  • 4 Kaiser rolls, split
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 package WHOLLY GUACAMOLE® Classic Dip
  • 4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
  • 8 slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon
  • 1/2 cup Herdez® Salsa Casera

Directions

  1. Prepare grill.
  2. In bowl, mix seasoned salt, granulated garlic and pepper. Grill patties 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness; season with pepper mixture.
  3. Brush tops and bottoms of rolls with butter; grill until toasted.
  4. Spread bottom half of each bun with guacamole; top with 1 patty, 1 slice cheese, 2 slices bacon and salsa. Cover with tops of buns. Serve with sweet potato chips if desired.
