  • 12 cups STAGG® STEAK HOUSE® Chili
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans green beans, drained
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 (4.25-ounce) cans diced green chiles, drained
  • 12 ounces cornbread stuffing mix
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese with peppers


  1. Heat oven to 350ºF.
  2. In large bowl, combine chili, beans and chiles; mix well. Spoon 1 1/2 cups chili mixture into each of 14 single-serving casseroles.
  3. Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Top each casserole with about 1/2 cup stuffing. Sprinkle each pie with 2 tablespoons cheese.
  4. Transfer pies to baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
