This recipe is recommended for 8 servings
1 (17.3-ounce) can refrigerated golden corn biscuit dough (8 count)
2 cups Lloyd's® Shredded Chicken in Original BBQ Sauce
1 cup creamy coleslaw
16 dill pickle chips, if desired
Directions
Bake biscuits according to package directions. Cool 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, place chicken in 1-quart microwave-safe bowl; cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH (100%) 1 minute; stir. Microwave 1 to 2 minutes longer or until hot.
Split biscuits to make 8 sandwich buns. Stir chicken; spoon 1/4 cup onto bottom half of each biscuit. Top each with 2 tablespoons coleslaw and 2 pickle chips. Cover with tops of biscuits. Serve immediately.
