  • 1 (17.3-ounce) can refrigerated golden corn biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 2 cups Lloyd's® Shredded Chicken in Original BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup creamy coleslaw
  • 16 dill pickle chips, if desired

Directions

  1. Bake biscuits according to package directions. Cool 3 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, place chicken in 1-quart microwave-safe bowl; cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH (100%) 1 minute; stir. Microwave 1 to 2 minutes longer or until hot.
  3. Split biscuits to make 8 sandwich buns. Stir chicken; spoon 1/4 cup onto bottom half of each biscuit. Top each with 2 tablespoons coleslaw and 2 pickle chips. Cover with tops of biscuits. Serve immediately.
