This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
1 (15-ounce) package Lloyd's® Shredded Chicken in Original BBQ Sauce
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 (11.5-ounce) package refrigerated breadstick dough
Directions
Heat oven to 375°F.
In bowl, combine chicken, beans, cheese, corn and onions; mix well. Spoon into 9x9-inch baking dish; cover. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Uncover.
Unroll dough. Cut each strip into 4 pieces. Place over top of baking dish. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until deep golden brown.
Serve with sour cream, if desired.
