Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
  • 1 (15-ounce) package Lloyd's® Shredded Chicken in Original BBQ Sauce
  • 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 (11.5-ounce) package refrigerated breadstick dough

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. In bowl, combine chicken, beans, cheese, corn and onions; mix well. Spoon into 9x9-inch baking dish; cover. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Uncover.
  3. Unroll dough. Cut each strip into 4 pieces. Place over top of baking dish. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until deep golden brown.
  4. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
