  • 3/4 cup blue cheese salad dressing
  • 4 CHI-CHI'S® 9 inch Burrito Tortilla
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 cups Lloyd's® Shredded Chicken in Original BBQ Sauce
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 1 (7-ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained

Directions

  1. Spread dressing on tortillas almost to edges. Spread rice and chicken evenly over dressing; top each with 1 leaf lettuce and roasted peppers.
  2. Fold 1 edge of each tortilla up about 1 inch over filling; tightly roll up each tortilla to make wrap. Place wraps on microwave-safe plate; cover loosely. Microwave on HIGH (100%) 1 to 2 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
