Ingredients

  • 1 (5-ounce) can VALLEY FRESH® White Chicken, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons red bell pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 English muffins, split and toasted
  • Dash garlic powder
  • Dash onion powder

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. In bowl, combine all ingredients except English muffins; mix well. Spoon evenly onto English muffin halves. Bake 10 minutes.
