This recipe is recommended for 2 servings
1 (5-ounce) can Valley Fresh® White Chicken 3 oz., drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced celery
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons red bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon mustard
2 English muffins, split and toasted
Dash garlic powder
Dash onion powder
Directions
Heat oven to 375°F.
In bowl, combine all ingredients except English muffins; mix well. Spoon evenly onto English muffin halves. Bake 10 minutes.
