Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 (10-ounce) can VALLEY FRESH® White Chicken, drained
  • 1/4 cup finely diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon CHI-CHI'S® Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1/2 cup CHI-CHI'S® Thick & Chunky Salsa
  • 1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated reduced-fat crescent roll dough

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375ºF.
  2. In skillet, heat oil. Add chicken, bell peppers, onion and taco seasoning; sauté until onion is translucent. Stir in salsa; cook 2 minutes.
  3. Separate dough into 8 triangles; place on ungreased baking sheet. Place 2 tablespoons chicken mixture near base of each triangle. Fold up 3 sides; press ends together to seal.
  4. Bake fajita bundles 11 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with additional salsa, sour cream and guacamole, if desired.
