Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 8 servings
  • 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, diced
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 8 large eggs
  • 8 slices bread or English muffins, toasted
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In large skillet, fry SPAM® Classic over medium-high heat until lightly browned. Drain SPAM® on paper towels.
  2. Return SPAM® to skillet; sprinkle with flour, stirring to coat. Whisk in milk and mustard. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook eggs as desired. Place 1 slice toast on each plate; top with cooked egg and creamed SPAM®.
