Ingredients

  • 2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10-ounce) can Valley Fresh® White Chicken 3 oz., drained
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 (4-ounce) can mushrooms pieces and stems, drained
  • 1 (4-ounce) jar pimientos, drained
  • 1 box cheesy mashed potatoes, prepared according to package directions

Directions

  1. In medium saucepan, mix soup, chicken, peas, mushrooms and pimientos. Cook, stirring frequently, until heated thoroughly.
  2. Place mashed potatoes on plate; pour chicken mixture over potatoes to serve.
