This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
8 slices marbled rye bread
1 can Valley Fresh® White Turkey 10oz, drained and shredded
4 (1-ounce) slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese
Directions
In small bowl, combine mustard, mayonnaise and tarragon; mix well. Spread evenly over 4 slices bread. Top with turkey and cheese. Cover with reamining slices bread.
Coat large skillet with cooking spray; add sandwiches. Cook until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
