Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
  • 8 slices marbled rye bread
  • 1 (10-ounce) can VALLEY FRESH® White Turkey 10oz, drained and shredded
  • 4 (1-ounce) slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine mustard, mayonnaise and tarragon; mix well. Spread evenly over 4 slices bread. Top with turkey and cheese. Cover with remaining slices bread.
  2. Coat large skillet with cooking spray; add sandwiches. Cook until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
