This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
1 (10-ounce) can Valley Fresh® White Chicken 3 oz., drained and shredded
1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 cup diced celery
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 leaves lettuce
4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
1/2 cup Hormel® Real Bacon Bits
1/4 cup shredded carrot
Directions
In small saucepan, combine chicken, mayonnaise, celery, onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cook until heated thoroughly.
Place 1 leaf lettuce on each slice toast. Spread chicken mixture over lettuce. Top with bacon bits and carrot.
