Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1 (10-ounce) can VALLEY FRESH® White Chicken, drained and shredded
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 1/2 cup HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot

Directions

  1. In small saucepan, combine chicken, mayonnaise, celery, onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cook until heated thoroughly.
  2. Place 1 leaf lettuce on each slice toast. Spread chicken mixture over lettuce. Top with bacon bits and carrot.
