  • 16 square wonton wrappers
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons HERB-OX® Chicken Instant Powder
  • 1 (6-ounce) bag fresh baby spinach, chopped
  • 1 (15-ounce) can quartered artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream


  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Coat miniature muffin cups with cooking spray.
  2. Press 1 wonton wrapper into each cup. Coat lightly with cooking spray. Bake 7 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.
  3. Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic and bouillon; cook 5 minutes or until onion is softened. Add spinach, artichokes and cheese; cook until spinach is wilted. Cool slightly; stir in sour cream.
  4. Spoon heaping tablespoon artichoke mixture into each wonton cup.
