Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon House of Tsang® Wok Oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/3 cup House of Tsang® Classic Stir Fry Sauce
  • 4 leaves red leaf lettuce
  • 4 (9-inch) burrito-size flour tortillas
  • 4 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. In wok or large skillet, heat oil; add chicken. Stir-fry 5 minutes or until lightly browned and no longer pink. Add peas and carrots; stir-fry 1 minute longer. Stir in stir-fry sauce; cook until heated thoroughly.
  2. Place lettuce leaf on each tortilla; top evenly with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with cilantro. Fold up bottom third of tortillas. Roll remaining tortilla to enclose filling. Serve with additional stir-fry sauce, if desired.
