This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
1 tablespoon House of Tsang® Wok Oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 cup snow peas
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/3 cup House of Tsang® Classic Stir Fry Sauce
4 leaves red leaf lettuce
4 (9-inch) burrito-size flour tortillas
4 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
In wok or large skillet, heat oil; add chicken. Stir-fry 5 minutes or until lightly browned and no longer pink. Add peas and carrots; stir-fry 1 minute longer. Stir in stir-fry sauce; cook until heated thoroughly.
Place lettuce leaf on each tortilla; top evenly with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with cilantro. Fold up bottom third of tortillas. Roll remaining tortilla to enclose filling. Serve with additional stir-fry sauce, if desired.
