Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
  • 3/4 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained and cut into quarters
  • 1/3 cup House of Tsang® Classic Stir Fry Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon House of Tsang® Wok Oil
  • 6 leaves iceberg lettuce
  • 3/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 3/4 cup julienned peapods
  • Soy sauce

Directions

  1. In bowl, toss together chicken, water chestnuts and stir-fry sauce; cover. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  2. In large wok or skillet, heat oil. Add chicken mixture; stir-fry 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Arrange chicken mixture in center of each lettuce leaf. Top with carrots and peapods. Roll up lettuce. Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
