This recipe is recommended for 2 servings
1/2 pound beef sirloin or flank steak
3 tablespoons House of Tsang® Classic Stir Fry Sauce, divided
1 1/2 tablespoons House of Tsang® Wok Oil
1 green bell pepper, julienned
1 red bell pepper, julienned
1 yellow bell pepper, julienned
1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
Toasted sesame seeds
Hot, cooked rice
Directions
Slice beef across grain into thin diagonal slices. In bowl, combine beef and 1 tablespoon stir-fry sauce; stir to coat.
Heat wok or large skillet over high heat. Add oil; swirl to coat side of wok. Add beef. Stir-fry 2 minutes or until beef is slightly pink. Remove beef from wok.
Add bell peppers and onion to wok. Stir-fry 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisply-tender. Return beef to wok. Add remaining 2 tablespoons stir-fry sauce. Stir-fry 1 minute longer or until hot.
Serve stir-fry over hot rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
